Tap left us suddenly on Dec. 15th, 2017. She went peacefully, in her sleep, and was active and sound of body and mind until the end. She lived with us at Creekside, where she enjoyed daily sheepwork, hiking, trail running and keeping her kids and grandkid in line. Tap was trained by Warren Mick and I began competing with her at age 2. Tap placed in her first USBCHA Open trial that year and went on to become a regular contender at trials in Canada and the USA, winning often.
